I have designed, created, and built many projects over the years. As such, I have acquired many different kinds of tools for different purposes and use them daily. The workshop has become a place of creativity, empowerment, and growth. Even more than these immense blessings in my life, I know the greatest tools God has ever given me for life and godliness is (1) His Word and (2) access to the throne of grace through prayer; and the most eternally significant work is building His kingdom through sharing the gospel, teaching the word, and intentional discipleship. 

I most desire to see young women learn to build their lives on God’s Word, secure in His love, and empowered with the skills and tools God has purposefully and uniquely given them to glorify His immeasurable worth, build up those around them, and serve in the advancement of His kingdom. 

In God’s timing, I pray for the opportunity to host small group gatherings of young women. The Carpenter’s Bench is an encouragement group on the walk of faith. You are welcome to come for a brief devotion with light refreshments, a time of prayer, and fellowship in learning a new skill alongside others led by an experienced woodworker.
